Electric drive systems

The modular drive systems in the ErgoMove® series consist of electrically-driven fixed castors, standardised controls and Blickle cockpit solutions. They are used for high-performance applications where ergonomics is an important factor. Much lower force is required in comparison to pushing the load manually, which significantly reduces the strain on operators involved with in-house material transport. The ErgoMove® drive systems are designed for a variety of transport units, trailer systems and special applications with an overall weight of up to 2,000 kg. The high thrust force of up to 2 x 55 daN ensures that the operator uses much less force for movement and control. The integrated dead man’s brake system guarantees safe operation in accordance with DIN EN 1175-1 (Safety of industrial trucks - Electrical requirements).
