ALEV – Wheel and castor series

Heavy duty wheels and castors with elastic solid rubber tyres
“Blickle EasyRoll” and aluminium wheel centre

The ALEV series is made of a high-quality elastic solid rubber tread and a wheel centre made of die-cast aluminium. The smooth rolling tread has a hardness of 65 Shore A and is vulcanised onto the wheel centre. The heavy duty wheels and castors in the ALEV series provide a low level of rolling resistance, a high level of operational comfort, low-noise operation and good floor preservation.

Unlike the POEV series, the ALEV wheels are suitable for use at higher speeds due to their aluminium wheel centre. This makes the series a versatile performer in a wide range of applications.

  • ALEV – Wheels

    Wheels in the ALEV series have diameters ranging between 100 and 250 mm as standard and are available with a ball bearing. Wheels are also available with a non-marking grey tyre. Electrically conductive and antistatic versions with a grey tyre are also available.

  • ALEV – Swivel castors with plate

    The wheels in the ALEV series are also available as castors with a top plate fitting in combination with various Blickle bracket series. These bracket series range from medium duty pressed steel swivel brackets through to heavy duty brackets in welded steel:

    L series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LK series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LH series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LUH series: Pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, heavy duty enclosed design
    LO series: Heavy duty welded steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting
