PHN – Wheel and castor series

Heat-resistant thermoset wheels and castors Blickle TempLine® Classic

The wheels in the PHN series are made from a black phenolic resin. With a hardness of 90 Shore D, the wheels offer a particularly low level of rolling resistance on smooth surfaces. The thermoset material is asbestos-free, corrosion-resistant and suitable for thermally challenging environments. PHN wheels also provide a high level of static load capacity and impressively low starting and rolling resistance. The temperature resistance varies between -35°C and 260°C.

The wheels are used in bakeries, refrigeration chambers and washing machines for mobile racks.

  • PHN – Wheels

    The wheels in the PHN series are available in sizes between 80 and 200 mm. Plain bores and two different heat-resistant ball bearings are available. PTFE-coated axle tubes are also available for the plain bore versions.

  • PHN – Swivel castors with plate

    The PHN wheel series is available with a variety of brackets with a plate fitting for a wide range of applications as standard. These vary in terms of their design:

    LI series: Heat-resistant pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LIX series: Heat-resistant stainless steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design

  • PHN – Swivel castors with bolt hole

    In addition to a top plate fitting, the PHN series is also available with a bolt hole fitting. The following bracket series are used for this purpose:

    LIR series: Heat-resistant pressed steel swivel bracket with bolt hole, medium duty version
    LIXR series: Heat-resistant stainless steel swivel bracket with bolt hole, medium duty version
