POSI – Wheel and castor series

Heat-resistant Blickle TempLine® Comfort wheels and castors with silicone rubber tread and synthetic wheel centre

The tread of the POSI series is made from a highly heat-resistant silicone rubber with a hardness of 75 Shore A. This is vulcanised onto a wheel centre made of highly heat-resistant thermoplastic material. The advantages of silicone rubber lie in the good floor preservation and low noise levels during transport. It is also highly elastic, odourless, highly resistant to ageing and corrosion-resistant. The POSI series is provided with a plain bore as standard. The wheels and castors in the POSI series can be used at temperatures between -20 °C bis hin zu +250 °C.

The floor-preserving and corrosion-resistant wheels are mainly used in autoclaves and bakeries due to their resistance to hydrolysis.

  • POSI – Wheels

    The wheels in the POSI series are available in sizes between 100 and 125 mm as standard. The wheel series uses a plain bore. The wheels are also available in a non-marking grey version.A PTFE-coated axle tube is also available.

  • POSI – Swivel castors with plate

    The wheels in the POSI series are also available as castors with a top plate in combination with the following Blickle bracket series:

    LI series: Heat-resistant pressed steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    LIX series: Heat-resistant stainless steel swivel bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design

  • POSI – Swivel castors with bolt hole

    In addition to the plate fitting, Blickle also provides the following bracket series with a bolt hole fitting for the POSI series:

    LIR series: Heat-resistant pressed steel swivel bracket with bolt hole, medium duty version
    LIXR series: Heat-resistant stainless steel swivel bracket with bolt hole, medium duty version

    B series: Heat-resistant pressed steel fixed bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
    BX series: Heat-resistant stainless steel fixed bracket with top plate fitting, medium duty design
